As if a morning watching A leopard tree it's kill and then Flying low over the Okavango Delta was not enough for we arrived at Kwetsani deep in the Delta to encounter Elephants fighting in front of Camp. But that was just the first act ! Dinner was interupted first by the sight of Millions of Macro termite hatching like a blizzard and then with out warning the night sky lit up and illuminated the bush as a Meteorite tore thru the atmosphere above Southern Africa in a once in a life time display.

So this is our first Busanga Blog
Hello from the Busanga Office in the UK.
We have so much going on it is hard to know what to start with.
With a new web site under construction , due to be ready in mid November we have been making extra effort to put together some great new safaris and wildlife trips.
Tyrone is on his way from Malawi to Zambia having been visiting new areas of interest and getting to know what our clients can expect to see and where is best to stay.
Tyrone has been running a camp and looking after clients in the bush since July when he graduated Uni with his degree in Wildlife Conservation.
I (Tony) have been all over the place this year with n extended safari from May to July during which time I escorted our clients on safaris and also and managed a safari bush camp in one of our most popular destinations , The South Luangwa national Park. In between visits I have been to rural Spain to oversee the renovations of our Spanish house which will be used as a base for our clients to enjoy some exciting Wildlife / Birding short breaks. These new trips will include journeys in search or the incredibly rare Iberian Lynx and Iberian Wolf, as well as amazing bird watching with Golden Eagles amongst a myriad other birds and small mammals.
We have teamed up with a great Tiger expert and photographer Pete Cooper to offer fully escorted trips to the very key Tiger areas and with a 100% success rate and years of experience our clients are assured of great photo opportunities and culturally interesting trips.
Please follow our blogs for updates and news and look out for our new look website from 15th Nov WWW.BUSANGASAFARI.CO.UK
Bye for now.
